<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">That's what I thought. I'm not interested in losing my account. I am getting closer to emailing the seller though... and I've considered opening a yahoo email account and another eBay user ID to message the bidders, but that's just as devious as what this seller did and eBay would probably be wise to it. Oh well!Quote:

I emailed the bidder about 30 minutes or so ago. I included a link to the eBay help page about copy other's pictures or descriptions.
I just looked at the auction again, and it says, "The seller ended this listing early to sell to the high bidder(s) at current bid price." The price is $152.50-- not a bad profit on an MCM doll.
I reallywish the bidders could be contacted. It is not fair that this woman pay for MY auction's Kailey and receive something different; she may very well be in just as good of shape, but there's always a risk, and there's a prinicple involved. Perhaps eBay will contact them, giving them release for their responsibility because of the circumstances.
Here's hoping anyhow!
ETA: I just realized that I am now over 1000 posts!

It's entirely possible that Ebay will still "pull" the auction even though it has ended and that would release the buyer from having to follow through with the purchase.
